Our working practices during the Coronavirus outbreak

Although our working practices have changed during the Coronavirus outbreak, we 

are continuing to provide a service to our clients.


In accordance with current government guidance, our staff and
partners are working at home during the present health emergency
with the offices attended on an occasional basis.

As long as we are unable to meet you in person, our primary method
of contact is by email. Our systems are working normally, and our
post is monitored regularly, so you can still send us information by
post, by email or through our online portal. The office phone is not
attended regularly although we can be contacted through our mobile
